Did we ever touch on how we are handling Astros players? I don't want to name drop, but the team was not in the American league while he played, but the team is an AL team now.

is it if I use the year or wild card the player fits under the conference banner, but the team has to be AL?

Thought what ever pro reference lists him as???

The team for each league is right now so Astros AL...Brewers NL and so on.

That was never defined but I am assuming your WC has to still be in order. So if you want an AL WC you wait until you pick an AL guy....

That WC can be from any team or year but you can use that team or year again for another WC, if that makes sense

So Billy Wagner played his entire career in the NL, but can only be drafted as an AL player?

Well he is an Astro so yeah AL. It would be too diffucult to do the era too bc like Correa would be AL and Wagner NL. Too confusing imo

I just checked the last AL/NL draft we did and there were Astros guys in the NL and Brewers guys in the AL.

Well I know he is NL because the Astros were in the NL but now they are AL. So since we have current guys that would be AL and older players that would be NL the number of teams would be uneven for AL and NL depending on what era we pick the players from...

Meh, whatever. Bumgarner probably better for the team. I was not aware that by law all good lefthanded starting pitchers had to play in the AL. Bumgarner better watch out, he will go to jail
