Anyone still buy baseball, basketball or football cards? Just bought a few Tops packs in hopes of getting a valuable Shohei Ohtani signed RC. I got better odds of getting the golden ticket. Also I feel weird buying cards at age of 40 when there are kid cards next to the baseball cards. Sadly the kids collectable cards are probably worth more.

I haven’t since I was a kid. I have a ton of cards at my parents house. I hope they hold value, maybe I will sell them one day but it seems to me they are losing value, could be wrong.

I agree I feel they are losing value because so many are holding onto them now. Make sure your parents don’t throw yours out. My dad had Ted Williams and other awesome cards until one day he discovered his mom through them out to make room in the attic I buy just a few packs a year just to see what I get.
