I have no idea why I cheer for the Redskins anymore. They have failed to address LT, TE and still have a disgruntled Trent Williams on the team. They want "2nd round value" for him and the rest of the league laughs at them.

They also took a gadget player in the eary 3rd where they literally have no solid starters at some positions.

I think Rivera is gone in 3 years. How can a front office be so stupid?

You build a culture with talent not yes men and career back ups. Haskins will be running for his life as the Skins have no LT and no TE. THeir offseason has been a disaster.

Rivera changing the culture didn't work in Carolina as they only had 3 winning seasons in 9 years.

What LT do you think was available once they didn't take one at #2 that had any chance of stepping in this year?

They have a better chance of Ron talking the incumbent into staying (or finding a trade for one).

As far as TEs go, there are plenty of options left. Harrison and Hunter Bryant are solid receivers, and the solid blockers usually go later. It's the guys that do both that typically go early, and I'm not sure there really were any this year.
