Bears - Roquan Smith LB - A Grade

Chicago has always placed heavy emphasis on the LBer crew. Trevathan and Kwiatkoski were both injured last year and the defense seemed to struggle when either was off the field. This provides solid insurance and Smith is the BPA at the moment.
