To be fair to Buzz, which I don't like to do, a good jump does not account for pitch selection and the catcher's arm. He probably did have a good job on the pitcher before he released, but he picked a poor pitch to run on, because it was fastball and the catcher had an unimpeded throw.

You're right. But it just struck me, at least initially, how the ball got to the bag, and Leonys wasn't even in the frame yet.
