Brian Kelly didn't handle anything. Mack IMMEDIATELY suspended the players at even the HINT of impropriety.

Kelly just let them play. He put football before ethics.

Because no charges were ever filed in the sexual assault case. Do players not have rights? Tommy Rees lost his role as the starting QB and was suspended, as was Carlos Calberis.

No charges were ever filed in this case either. It didn't stop Brown and staff from IMMEDIATELY sitting those guys down and sending the message that some things are more important than football. And the ND accusations were much worse.
