Call me a jackass but based on those details, I'm having a hard time siding with the chick. Again, I'm basing this on those details which doesn't mention anything like severe bruising or tears indicating a real struggle. It only mentioned slight bruising which could have happened anywhere. It said she met the two dudes, hung out with them, and then invited them back to HER room. Then she can't remember anything other than someone was inside her while the other watched.

If I get invited back to a girl's room after a night of partying, to me that says "GREEN LIGHT". This chick is DTF.

Based on this report, it sounds like she got drunk and slutty, let a guy fuck her while one watched, then felt bad for being a slut afterwards.
