I don't think there is a penalty for that unless someone rips it off by the facemask. Those arm tackles around the head from behind where it comes off are just fine.

I live 10 minutes away from Don Bosco. My little cousin plays for St. Joseph, I go to the games all the time. I don't know Cushing, but I heard the rumors too. But then again it could be just haters simply hating.
