News this week gets worse for Miami.

Now to make the playoffs, the fins have to overcome Tom Brady, Bill Belichick, Mario Williams, and Jesus Christ himself.

At least we can all find solace that there is at least one other team having as shitty of a FA period as the bengals.

Deal has hit a snag as the Broncos wrote into the contract that the Jets had to pay the Broncos the $5mil in guarantee. The Jets signed off on it, but say they weren't aware of that clause and are backing out of that.

He's officially a Jet. Humble, hard working Tebow (like him or not) on a team with a bunch of cocky fuckers. Should be interesting...

Some of these idiots act like he's some kind of crack head locker room cancer.

they need to get a grip. What he is, is an experienced backup with playoff experience who can make things happen without much preparation, which is what you need from a backup qb.

the evil hatred of some people astounds me.

Well, there's no doubt Sanchez is on a short leash. There were a lot of people in NY that wanted him gone after that loss to the Dolphins.

I'm not saying Tebow will get a chance or be starting by the end of the year, but crazier things have happened.

I think people are missing another angle here. When they lost Brad Smith to FA, they lost an interesting wrinkle in their offense. They were never dependent upon the wildcat, but they certainly did some damage with Smith at key points in the game. I think Tebow is a better version of Brad Smith and he can potentially take some pressure off of Sanchez in the redzone. Trading some midround draft picks for a guy that is a legitimate threat in short yard, redzone, and change of pace situations is a no-brainer. I don't think much of Tebow's ability to be a full-time qb, but I think he's a guy that has a place in an NFL offense.

This has been talked about on several media outlets, but yea, they are going to do that.

should be fun.

LOL at Dan's Tebow love. It's completely unfounded. The guy is the worst QB you'll ever see play in the entire league from now til the day you die. He's an embarrassment.

the worst? not top tier by any means.
obviously, he is better than Kyle Orton.

If you can't see that, then your a moron.
saying he can be a backup QB isn't an unfounded statement.

He's not a better QB than Kyle Orton. He's worse. Much, much worse.
