Team design at top of page

Anyone know how you guys got that Seattle team design at the top of your home page? I'm looking to add one to the Lions page, but can't find where it explains how to do that. Help?

I designed that banner and uploaded it to photo bucket and linked it here so HD could copy it and upload it to his host.
