That's the point. It's all about perception instead of proof. How many times before the BCS did the "National Champion" get crowned and then lose their bowl game to an "inferior" opponent. Now that the BCS is involved, it 'claims' to put the #1 & #2 team together for a NC and while I believe it is better than before, it still has a lot to do with opinion.

How many times was that computer's formulas 'tweaked' because they didn't agree with the human voters in the polls when the reason to have the computers was to take out any bias such as that?

EVERY SINGLE OTHER SPORT that crowns a champion has a playoff.

Apologies for a phrase we use often where I'm from and if it did offend you. Never has been my intention to ruffle feathers. Not my style.

As far as the field goes, we will have to just disagree. I'm sure if I was a BSU fan, then it would be the greatest field in the world to me. However, as a casual fan of CFB (and no where close to a rival of BSU and have cause for hatred), in my opinion, it is extremely difficult to watch.

no sir, just took today to wear them.

I was not expecting it myself but I really haven't read up on a lot lately.

time to make some ajustments to the defense, and the offense needs to play a bit better too, good news is TCU spent the whole first half playing like a top 10 team which means they have to find room to suck somewhere in there.
