There are a ton of NFL people who rave about his practices. They think he is the best player developer in football, and that his intensity would translate really well whether he runs his spread offense or not.

I think he'd find some success. As a HC you really need to be a good manager. He appears to be a good manager at this level.

After he wins the national title this year, yes he will leave. He is a great competitor and his ultimate goal and the ultimate competition lies within the NFL. He is also smart and knows that these opportunities don't come knocking very often and you have to take the chance before you outlast the opportunity. Once that door closes you don't get another shot, and right now Kelly's name is really hot and I am sure after he hoists that BCS crystal ball he will leave for the NFL.
