that is the question. He should be the 2nd ranked FA QB on the market behind Foles. Someone might overpay. It looks like Lock and Haskins will be gone before pick #15. Plus there is no guarantee Jones will be there.

In otherwords - Basically do the same stupid ass shit this year with Tannyhill. That we did last year withy Alex Smith.

Some of you mothafruckers have got to be legally retarded.

One of the biggest signs of insanity is doing the same exact thing and expecting a different outcome.

If you think about it right now tanny is our best option at QB.

Best option in what sense? Just for next season or for potentially the next 5+ seasons?

As I mentioned elsewhere the Redskins have to get out of this vicious cycle of simply planning for the upcoming season. They need to look longer term. They need to be realistic & realize that they are not going to be a SB contender next season & likely make some painful decisions along the way. This type of move just sounds like all of their other short sighted moves from the past (unless the guy comes dirt cheap which I doubt).

Not the Redskin way. FO and the fans are delusional to foolish to flat out stupid.

We are in year. 6 of the Gruden era , rebuilding should be way over and done with . The qb position is the major hold up . I think we compete with a good qb . But at this point in time I don’t see us getting a day one difference maker At qb . So building up the roster and then getting the long term answer at qb by 2020 is the answer . If you go for Tanny then you give him no more then stop gap colt money and they compete for starter and the rookie sits and learns

I agree that the Redskins FO likely will proceed in the wrong direction - I am just making a suggestion. BTW - please don't portray most Redskins fans in this manner. You appear to be basing this off several folks on this site.

Most Redskins fans that I know are not delusional. We realize that this team has major issues, despise Allen & Snyder & have our doubts about the current coaching staff. If the fans were so delusional would the stands always be half empty? I also would not call most Redskins fans stupid - i think that they are some of the more knowledgeable fans in football & they should be somewhat admired for putting up with all of the shit over the last 20 years.

It should be; however, we have been put in an impossible position because of a poor choice from this front office and a horrible injury. It is time you understand that. We won’t have a QB that can compete for a couple of years and by then our best players will be well over 30.

Exactly, build the roster and get a QB by 2020, ready to compete in 2021. By then, TW and RK will be well over 30, Norman will still suck, and Rred will be in traction.

Nobody with a brain supports bringing in a Tannehill.

how is signing Tanny the same thing as Smith? Of course the price would have to be fair for Tanny. You need to chill
