Indiana's weakness finally caught up with them. It's the back court. Hulls is a one dimensional player. A three point shooter who can't guard a lick. Ferrell is listed at 6'0'' but is closer to 5'10''. They couldn't handle Syracuse's tall, athletic guards.
Why Crean gave so PT to Hulls is beyond me. His poor "D" cost them 3 or 4 games this year. Butler and Wisconsin are two examples. If Hulls isn't hitting the "3" he is useless.
I also don't understand why Crean gave so little PT to Maurice Creek. He's a tall guard at 6'5'' and if he can play any "D" at all he has it on Hulls.
