What could those possibly be though? I've never seen it download so much. Windows updates aren't being downloaded. I wont download Windows 10, yet. I keep canceling it anytime it starts to.

You might have malware.
Couple options. Download http://www.malwarebytes.org and run a scan. That should clean up most of it. Use Chrome with Adblock extension (I'm not a fan of Mozilla).
