4 runners are tanks.Eventually I will be getting rid of my 2008 Nissan Altima SE. Currently has almost 170K on it. I live in the Boston area, so I know can't really get anything "big" but I was thinking about getting some sort of SUV.
Now my ideal vehicle would be a F-150 but that isn't going to happen so the next logical choice is an SUV.
So what say you?
why not just get an AWD sedan? im in love with my infiniti. 306 HP with awd. its got the same engine as a nissan 350z.Eventually I will be getting rid of my 2008 Nissan Altima SE. youre right. Not 100% sure on all of that list, but I THINK the 4Runner is the only body-on-frame SUV up there. So that adds weight but also makes it much, much more durable.

Have you thought about a Suburu? The Outback or Forester is an outstanding vehicle. They are all AWD, hold their resale value, and are among the best for safety ratingsmacross the board. I don't own one myself, but have many friends who love them and I have test driven the Outback and loved it. I will probably buy one eventually. I like not having a car payment. My current vehicle is the Hyundai Sante Fe Sport and that is a very nice ride as well. Hope this helps?
A new will probably put you at 30k + depending on the features you get? Like I said, they hold their resale value. Suburu rarely ever has any incentives( rebates). Financing they will run some decent offers, but won't budge on the price.I have thought about a Suburu my uncle has them and loves em! But there not really for me but if price is right perhaps I might take a look

I think the new body style on the Jeep Compass is pretty nice looking.
worst rental car I've ever driven.
I own a grand cherokee overland. I probably won't buy another Jeep.
