That's what I want to know. Just trying to figure out how much to bid...probably will just go low

no, the minimum bid is 0... so it is never locked, you can always get a player if needed...

Why is the waiver claim date on a Thursday? With games on Thursday waivers should be processed Wednesday at the latest.

Maybe make it every day but Tuesday. With the rule that any bid has to wait at least 12 hours before being resolved.

I was thinking that... but wanted to give people all the time in the world to figure out their first waiver claim... let information come as much as possible... if it is every day, then it may be a little bit like FCFS as you have to be on that day to make the pick... just thinking out loud.... I am not opposed to that suggestion...

If I place a claim at 8am Monday, it's processed at noon Monday, if I place a claim at 8am Tuesday it's processed at noon Thursday?

the entire reason for Monday transactions is just in case you need it for Monday night football... But I couldn't make multiple times of day for transactions... so they are all 12:00 Noon so you have all the time to see if any of your starters are not playing for sunday...

to answer your question, if you put in the waiver any time past 12:00 PM on Monday the waiver wont be processed until Thursday at 12:00PM eastern...


it may seem confusing right now... but you will get used to it quickly...

there was the option when I made the settings... but thought privacy is part of the game...

for clarifications, you had your opportunity to get your player for today... although, if you want to drop a player playing today so the spot stays open for when you do successfully receive a player, you can always do that...

the next waiver is Saturday noon... its the "OH NO I DID NOT GET THE PLAYER I WANTED IN THE FIRST WAIVER PERIOD" waiver period...

The sunday waiver period will be known as the " FUCK, I didn't realize he wasn't going to play- waiver period"
