Super Conference re-alignment

The list is flawed, as I have already said in the thread.

I tried to start off with making the conferences by region. I began with the SEC, but really in this scenario, all the existing conferences would likely be dead.

The point was to divide all the FBS teams into super conferences that could be used in a playoff.
