I don't know what you were looking at, but Ramsey was with him stride for stride with inside position and had just picked up the ball in flight when Higgins grabbed his facemask and yanked him down and out of his way. That's the only reason Ramsey was not standing between him and the ball making a play on it.

Higgins had a half step on him but the ball was short so he came back for the ball, Ramsay would of over run the play IMO.

Nobody talks about it, but one of the most important plays in the Super Bowl was mishandled extra point, that changed the whole complexity of the 4th quarter, this could easily be an overtime game, it forced the Rams to have to go the game winning TD instead falling back on a FG
