Bledsoe is picking up his dribble too soon when trapped or blitzed on the high pick-and-roll. He needs to maintain his dribble and make the defense pay off a second or third thrust, rather than allowing himself to be stymied on the perimeter, unable to penetrate or collapse the defense. When he picks up his dribble too soon, supplementary players are forced to make difficult plays.

... conversely, when Bledsoe maintains his dribble and uses his crossover for a second thrust, everything falls into place (unless he throws the ball away).

With two point guards, I don't think that the Suns need anything beyond Green and Tucker at small forward. The problem is that when those two point guards are surrounded by shooters, no one else should be making the plays in crunch time.
