He will have a Head Coach job. Good Track record.
Well when he got hired by the Bills, he said this will be his last job no matter what
There is no exchange rate for wins and losses. He's lifetime sub .500 only in the NFL can you not perform and still have a jobHe will have a Head Coach job. Good Track record.

That's the problem he's always knocking at the door. But the door never opens. He's mediocre at best as a HC. That Buffalo squad is packed with talent. His Jet teams were loaded. As usual his team under achieves. Great D coordinator but not an HC.I will give him that but still a good track record. They have been knocking at the door for a while...............

Maybe if he concentrated more on his team and less on his bravado he'd have a better record?
Literally no head coach should be fired less that 2 years in with .500 ball, though, especially in a division with the Patriots. Jeff Fisher wishes he had Ryan's track record of late. That's the problem he's always knocking at the door. But the door never opens. He's mediocre at best as a HC. The difference is Randy brought them a championship.Maybe.
I like to call the "Door knocking" issues the "carlyle rule".
He was a NHL coach where he would take his STACKED team to the playoffs year after year 6 straight years but only 1 stanley cup (2006-07)
