It's not really about how those movies did.

She's been getting roles left and right, everyone knows who she is and she's always highly talked about acting wise.

It's why her role as Harely Quinn had so much buzz before we even saw a damn trailer. You're right in that she's gonna nail it with Suicide Squad. But she already was at a point where every role was coming her way.....hence how she got Suicide Squad.

I think what you are missing is she was pretty much stereotyped as a cheaper version of Jaime Priestley and it was all about the tits. she actually looks flat in these previews but not afraid to show off, so I think this will create more of her own identity, not wondering if its the blonde from Earl.

Margot's status aside, I'm interested in seeing it as well. I was a big fan of the comic back in the late 80s written by John Ostrander. Good good stuff, and the movie looks to be a refreshing break from the mainstream.

Jaime Pressley is like 40ish now and cant do these roles any more. Robbie is also much more talented in the Drama area too. I agree with the OP that she is going to blow up when this movie comes out. She is also already getting a ton of work (6 movies in 2 years) as another poster said, but this will make her a household name. At least in nerd households anyway, LOL.

To be honest, I dont see a LOT of similarity between the two.

sure, they are both SUPER-hot, blond and blue-eyed.

But Pressly has a round face while Robbie has a long, square face. Robbie looks MUCH more elegant than Pressly. Pressley's smile is very toothy while Robbies is more tight-lipped.
