Finally saw a couple RBs picked that I was a bit shocked to see still available with this group

Yeah I agree, less emphasis on RBs it seems. Heck Treff didn't even draft one until round 3 then round 6 for a second one. It felt like you and Treff switched up your drafting styles as you loaded up on RBs. I really like @cwalke3408 draft the best so far. I went too heavy with rookie's but with health being even more important then in a regular league maybe that can work out. I only have one high mileage type on my roster. Been a lot of fun doing this draft.

for me, the format of 2RB, 3WR and no flex, mandates a totally different approach than the standard 2/2/F format.

That and the 'suicide' nature- WR's are simply more durable, on average.

I would've taken one at the 4/5 turn but there was CRAP left and still plenty of value elsewhere. - And TBH- I truly thought that as far down the list as he was at the time, Harvey had a very good chance at coming back to me, but Milk fragged that plan- which then started a huge run on the position, and REALLY effed me. oh well, such is life

Yup the 4-5 turn is where things started going wrong for you IMO. I can see you thinking that with the workhorse vets and the two big name rookie RBs off the board you could wait and instead fill other positions.

agreed 100%
Was planning on Harvey/Pacheco, ended up with Pacheco/B. Robinson which may or may not be totally fine.

Pacheco, while I personally don't care much for him as a real NFL caliber RB, was a victim of injury and circumstance for much of last year- he's better than what he produced in '24, so if the offense in general can regain some semblance of form, might be ok.
And BRob did score 8 times in 14 games, was basically on pace for 1K yards (no idea what the deal was in weeks 16-18), and Ekeler is nothing more than a year older than he was last year, so I'm not concerned there. he should be a perfectly fine lower end option

But yea, not what I was hoping for.
However, Goff and Sampson are 100% as planned so things are back on track- just gotta figure out how build the final couple bench spots now
