Who was that? And once determined how do they correct the tracking problem, just with glasses?

Tom Poti was the player. I don't remember all the specifics it was 4 or 5 years ago but I remember there was something to do with his eyes not tracking right and once they figured that out his recovery sped up. As someone else mentioned Dale Earnhardt Jr. also had a similar problem.
