Little late posting this but I was finally happy to see Bochy stick with Romo after giving up that bloop double. He pulled him in LA after Romo gave up a seeing eye single and you could tell Romo wasn't happy about it.

I think he has been too quick on his hook on some of these relief pitchers and it was nice to see him allow Romo to get his rhythm.

Dude, that split is for September.

I thought you meant no blown saves all year...

For the year, in the NL, we are 13th with 29 BS and Save pct of 59.

I would think you would still find the numbers shocking.

A little more perspective for you: 8 teams had an 80% or higher save rate, 4, with 100%.!!! Gs 26th out of 30.


And yet WE'RE STILL HANGIN'.

Wasn't trying to argue against you. Just going on a tangent about why if the reliever is successful its called a hold but if he is not its a blown save.

Those numbers are awful but certainly not surprising.
