Stephen A Smiths obsession with the Cowboys

I guess I would be miserable too if I had to root for a team (Giants) that really have had only two good years in the past decade and really have stunk for about 5 years.

The Giants have probably the most overrated QB in NFL history. And now we see the Giants paid out huge dollars for guys that frankly are not worth it.

The Gmen had a historically bad defense last season. Something needed to be done. No? The defense has looked much improved through the preseason (I know, it's only preseason).

I have no opinion about Stephen A Smith but I found this quote above hilarious. Mocking the Giants for having 2 good years in the last decade? Those 2 good years were championship years by the way...

But the funniest thing is Cowboys fan seems to not recognize that in that same 'last decade' the Cowboys have had only 5 winning seasons, 4 of which came 2006-2009. One winning season in the last 5 years. And during the Giants last decade those 2 good years produced 2 Lombardi trophies while the Cowboys only won 2 playoff games in total.

I am not defending SAS or the Giants, I could not care less about either but that statement seemingly made as an attempt at a put down missed the mark catastrophically.
