Bernie Bickerstaff was the guy they should have given the keys of the house to because as you stated, he knows how to use his personnel to get the most out of them on both ends of the floor and they were on a 4 game winning streak when Don'tknowi showed up supposedly because Dr Buss wanted Don'tknowi. But I am not buying that story because Dr Buss died about a month after Don'tknowi was hired. I think numbnuts made the decision.

Yea Rolln, B. Shaw should have been the guy when Phil left. The Mike Brown move was also Jim's decision even though that move was also attributed to Dr. Buss. I think Jim has been effen this franchise up from the beginning. Kobe even wanted B. Shaw over Mike Brown. But to no avail. Freakin Jim Buss just plowed ahead with Brwon.
