I understand it and honestly, you don't need to be fluent in Spanish to get it. He basically captures the double doink emotions, and then says, bye bye Chicago, we are going to New Orleans!

And yes on the other highlight, he has a great nickname for Golden Tate: The Man of Gold. I love it!
