I'm excited about the trade. We already had a good core going into this season. One more impact player certainly helps our chances for a championship. :D:D

good pickup for Portland ... Cunningham was to have been playing for Providence this season but Boston was at the 50 nhl contract max coming out of training camp so they couldnt sign him

Looks like a good trade for both teams...Giants re-loading for the future while the Winterhawks load up for a run at the Memorial Cup.

/Pleasantly surprised at how well the Medicine Hat Tigers are doing this season (although they lost pretty bad to Kootenay last night)
