What exactly does a "company troll" do? I get the troll part, I think, meaning you feel kinda like a bum sitting around the house in your tighty whities all day, but curious as to your responsibilities at home. You a phone saleswoman? You customer service? You mail our envelops?

You go to knife forums and create several handles, and talk up your brand, put down other company's knives.
For example, : "I bought brand x knife and it doesn't lock up tight, sent it in 8 times and all 8 were the same way, had horrible customer service," Then you have 8 or so of your aliases chime in with their similar experience."
Folks nowadays are the worst generation to believe everything they read on the net.
Also post a lot of fake reviews, comment on reviews. Basically just creating false information and getting folks to pay into the hundreds for a product when they could be paying like $40 for something better. It's a full time job keeping up with probably 60 different threads on different forums at different time zones.
