Fans of this franchise are hoping for change. Change comes with each loss. Each loss at this point is consequential. Any fan onboard now is a fan after the past 20 years of Snyder ownership. Most of us here have been fans much much longer. That said, I'm a fan until I die. Until then, I want BA gone, Gruden gone and new leadership for what is becoming a solid team with very good youthful players. We need the right leadership. A coach who can lead men. Until these changes happen, we will continue to drivel in our own misery of fandom. HTTR!
