What's up guys? After last seasons debacle, I've decided to put this team on the back burner for a while. However, I'm curious to hear your opinions, regarding the leadership, on the field. I heard Kirk speak, after the loss to Miami. He said, the tide has to turn. It sounds great, but what core group of players are going to say enough? Bottom line, some of these players have to take more pride, in their performance. I've heard all of the excuses, injuries, depth, old, young, etc. This organization has become the bottom feeders and the punchline of the NFL. I do see some improvement, on defense, but when it's crunch time, the results are much the same. Dropped passes, dropped interceptions, killing drives with stupid penalties, and lets not forget the horrible special teams. I think Ryan, Alfred and Pierre are solid players, but they seem to be lead by example guys, not, rah, rah guys. Trent, and D. Hall seems to be the vocal guys, but D. Hall can't stay on the field enough. Hopefully, they'll learn to end games with victories in the win column, instead of moral victories. Thoughts?
