They sucked last week, but going against second stringers changes the fact that they got manhandled by a real dline last weekend? Really? I have several packer fan friends and they all say Oline is the weakness. Stop being delusional. Your Oline got an easy assignment due to injuries today. It won't happen again.

Oh I agree with you that many or most Packer fans go along with the Packers having an oline that sucks. I myself am not one of them though. The D line is where the big suckage is.

We can review this topic as the season progresses

That would mean they both suck.

Yeah, he's more of a run stopper than a pass rusher though. Without Allen and Ratliff, Houston is getting double teamed and the rest of the line can't do crap. Enjoy this victory, but had they called the TD correctly at the end of half as well as us getting pressure on Rodgers, odds are cutler doesn't throw those picks because the bears are ahead and the game ends much differently. Also, Allen hasn't been doing great, but he's also drawn a lot of attention allowing other players to get to the QB.

You guys caught us at a weak moment. It probably won't happen again. Enjoy it. The next game will be much more difficult for the packers.

P.S. If today was indicative of the defenses for both teams throughout the rest of the season, then odds are that neither team has a shot at glory this year. Cutler gifted a few turnovers to the packers, but otherwise, both defenses looked pathetic. Maybe you should talk about how you guys will remedy the defense instead of gloating over a win that you should be used to by now. You act like you just won a Super Bowl.

Caught you at the weak moment? Are you fucking serious? You just won 2 road games against top defenses. When for you is the right moment then? Your big money d line got ZERO PRESSURE. Your QB for whatever reason shits himself against the Packers. Your secondary has 2 safeties that would be special teamers on any other playoff caliber team. When is good for you? When will the "right time" be? Sit down and shut the fuck up. I am not and never have gloated on anything on this board other then one fact. WE OWN THE BEARS. Simple as that. So crawl back wherever it is you came from...come up with more lame excuses...and drink some more and beat your wife again because the Bears flat out fucking suck:suds:

I couldn't resist after rereading that again

So IF this and IF that...IF Randy Moss was your WR and IF it was 1998 and IF you had the 78 Steelers defense and IF....oh just shut up. What happened happened. And it's been happening for 20 plus years. We win. You lose.

Why should I be concerned about the Bears? Same old Jay. Same old Bears. Same old same old every year. But on the bright side your free agency division title is nice:suds::yahoo:

To create a topic designed purely to rub our noses in a loss is classless.

The Packers deserved to win. I don't think blaming the refs is called for. They were just the better team yesterday. That's it.

I totally agree M5, some very good friends of mine are Packer fans and we have our own ribbin going on and they say some funny jokes when they win, lol. Without the refs, I was still expecting a loss, but a close loss, where we could insert many excuses, lol. but Aaron was on autopilot yesterday, could have repeated it blindfolded and Jay panicked and flooded the engine instead of continuing his methodical offense and keeping it close.

You're still 2-2, and tied in the division. With a lot of football left. I'd take it easy with the gloating.

If we get Ratliff and Allen back and healthy for game two, we will win. Rodgers had forever to throw with our second stringers playing dline.

I don't think so. I don't think Ratliff and Allen will make any difference in the outcome. The Packers are just a better team than the Bears, and they have been for years. The next game will be even worse.

Lol… you're always such a roller coaster. I'm pretty sure you were saying that the Bears would be unstoppable this year. November 9th is a long way away. It's a young season and the Bears have some guys due to get healthy soon. Try to keep a level head. :suds:

Ryan Mundy is hardly a bad safety.

Yeah, with our dline banged up, you caught us at the right moment. The key to beating to packers is pressuring Rodgers. Without Ratliff and Allen, we had no pressure. It's not really hard to understand.

I feel sorry for you. It seems like this victory over the bears means much more to you than it should. You probably have a shitty life. I hope it gets better, man.

You may want to get used to Ratliff missing games.. he has become very injury prone last couple of years.

Bakhtiari played Allen well last year, Allen had 5 total tackles and no sacks in the 2 games he played against him. Bakhtiari struggles with larger/power DL players. Bakhtiari needs to put on more muscle, he can still get pushed around and struggles with run blocking.

I remember reading Packers fans throwing this statistic around non-stop last year. Sorry, I watched both of those games. Allen did not record a sack, but beat Bakhtiari a good chunk of times.

I believe that was Ratliff's first concussion he's still dealing with. That's a hardly a result of being injury prone. Look… you guys beat our asses in the third quarter, but you can't possibly say Allen and Ratliff wouldn't have helped the non-existent pass rush. But that's how it goes… still no excuse for the D-line to disappear after two strong performances against what we all thought were better O-lines.

Ratliff could have made difference... never said no, only said be prepared he may miss more games. He is 33 years old and had various injuries last season with Dallas. Bodies do not bounce back like they used to when players get older. I thought he was good pickup last year for Bears.

Sorry... you did not watch the 1st game last year, Allen did not show up at all in that game, Packers website even had segment spotlighting how Bakhitiari dominated him in that game... Allen was blanked on the stat sheet.

Second game Allen played better vs the run and vs pass when Tolzien was in at QB who had poor pocket awareness and holds the ball. After Flynn came in Packers moved the ball fairly easily and his familiarity with offense and ability to read defense helped him not hold the ball so long or run around in the pocket like a chicken with his head chopped off.

Bakhtiari is young player improving... Allen is old vet in decline, he no longer concerns me like he used to. Allen this year has 0 sacks and 3 QB hits... not what I would call stellar numbers. Saying that... he probably makes me eat my words in the rematch in Lambeau.

If Packers rush defense does not improve I do not see Packers winning the rematch, Bears had 145+ yards rushing BEFORE contact.
