I can understand at times getting called a homer..because I kinda am. But I have enough insight to know we are too young to do anything worthwhile, our coach is an idiot with game management, our owner is old and stupid (worst in the game) and I understand we have only about 6 wins in us. But I don't know which 6 those are gonna be, so I prefer to be excited about each week, as any given sunday, any team can win.

That is just me though, as I know Flaming and Kramer do not share those thoughts. Kramer at one point was excited about this team and the Reds here in teh recent past, and now that they flopped he will never let himself get excited again. Flaming, I don't kow what his excuse is other than what you suggested.

It's cool to have people that vehemently disagree with me on here, we are all fans of the bengals one way or another. If they do well, our town does well. Being a Bengals fans is about the most screwed up thing anyone can do, it's like your totally getting :hdn: by them, yet, you keep being loyal.

I define it as such... I'm an NFL fan, there just happens to be a franchise, bad as it may be, 20 minutes away. Indy is the next furthest away, at just under 3 hours. I go there to see the dolphin show and visit the children's museum with my kids once a year, but I don't bother attempting to become a bandwagon fan of their team, because I know a few around here, and they annoy me.
