Didn't buy the Pass... cancelled JAN/FEB ski trip; cancelled MAR golf trip to Florida... spent the winter helping wife's new knee rehab...
Dropped now ambulatory wife at airport for trip to NC in mid-April... immediately headed west 1,700 miles to get in last week of skiing in Utah...
on a 68° sunny spring day I skied SnowBasin Resort (where the 2002 Winter Olympics Downhill and GS races were held)...
girls in bikinis, guys wearing hula skirts, much drinking and use of recreationals... great fun day...
was worth every boring minute driving through IOWA, NEB and WYO...
dumped my equipment on brother Don in Dillon, CO on the return trip (after skiing A-Basin one last time - shit they're open through June...) and
played a round of golf in north Denver before heading back east.
