WTF! I have to the Mapleleafs at Bruins game tonight and I have to drive 50 miles through snow to see it!

Just curious, My first trip there I went to a conference flew into Logan late at night and rented a car for the drive it was the first time I ever saw a "Moose Crossing" sign. LOL. It seemed like a nice area.

We have a lot of "Deer Crossing" signs here so it looked strange and I wouldn't want to hit one of those big bastards !!!

Fitchburg is a OK city.

I like it further out though.

I hate cities in general.

I always thought Michigan weather was crazy, but this damn Kentucky weather might just have it beat. It's cloudy and 38 today, and by Sunday it's suppose to be sunny and near 70. Go figure.

Ahh Swansea. The mall with the Wal Mart in it.

Swansea mall is about 2 miles from my house. The mall is dying with this shit economy about 25% vacant right now. Walmart is building a seperate building in the parking lot then tearing down the section that was attached to the mall.

The drive and from wasn't too bad in the snow either.

I haven't been up there now in about 6 years. Economy didn't seem great at the time, but I understand Sallie Mae has since shut down their operationg in town and moved out, which couldn't have helped.

I spent some time up there for work and enjoyed because I have family in Boston (Somerville actually) that I could visit once or twice a week.

Best part though was trying to get my company travel agent to understand the name of Seekonk, where I stayed while I was up there.
