JK jacobarch, I do like Jenkins and Mc Donald and it appears Britt is taking TJ to school so maybe he learns something.

I also heard through the grape vine that the kid from FSU who we signed as a free agent with those off field problems would have gone in the first round if he didn't have those off field issues. So maybe he takes the way of Jenkins a a few others who have managed well under Fisher and company and fill a starting role sooner than later with our depth issues at corner.

Quick and Pead were two of the picks worthy of the prior regime. If you can't get motivated by being in a position that with just a little effort the job is yours for the taking, then I doubt more competition is going to inspire these guys because they just don't have the intestinal fortitude. On the contrary, I think its only going to make them run and hide under the bed somewhere. It's like trying to bake bread without flour......they simply don't possess the essential ingredients to succeed.

It's one on one practice. How often is a deep route not going to have help from the free safety?

Let's not overblow this.

They were in one on one drills and the defense plays no scheme whatsoever.

Glad Britt showed something, but until he shows it against actually schemes and coverage, I'm not jumping on the bandwagon.

Also, I'm not going to think the sky is falling regarding Jenks and Tru. Again, it was one on one and no set plays.

That is why I plainly stated in my earlier posts that I hope Britt can replicate what he did in the lax practice environment against stiffer defenses in a game situation.

I'm tellin you guys, just wait until the Seahawks come to town, and Britt goes up against "Big Mouth Sherman"! Its a clash in the making! Somethings gotta give here! Maybe I am wrong, but I hope Britt is good enough to BURN the Sherm! Face it, Big Mouth Sherman already has a lot of enemies in our division Crabtree(49ers), Peterson(Cardinals). Darell Revis is also involved only because he is considered one of the best. IMO, I would take P. Peterson or D. Revis over the"SHERM" any day of the week!

The workout film just shows a run and gun speed contest. Game situation would be way different. No worries.
