He gets the job done though. Isn't he like 7 and 2 as the starter this year?he is just a bad QB now with that leg

What Smith was never accurate?. That is his game.
No it isn’t his game. His game has always been dink and dunk. That is why he has as high a percentage as he does...which isn’t high at all. He is a 62% passer in his career, while his YPA is under 7.
He will never be 100 percent healthy with that legI disagree. When he is 100% he doesnt miss many throws.

Happens every year! I'd like to see the success rate of these late additions to the first round. I'll bet that over the years very few became more than backups if that. The BYU kid is sky rocketing up draft boards.

Better yet, I'd be interested in your evaluation instead of theirs. What do you know in way of research about that BYU kid?
JPP tooYeah, like I said in the playoffs suh usually decides to play football.
the question is should he ? he has off the field issues . that aside he has the skills . again some GM's are stupid enough to reach on players , the redskins need to avoid that and get value with their picksThe BYU kid is sky rocketing up draft boards.
5-1 this year, 11-5 overall with Washington (counting the game he got hurt and lost). Would have been 5-0 maybe if not for a roughing the passer penalty that put the other team in FG range or close to it. Although, if WSH had won that game, Smith wouldn’t have played last night. He gets the job done though. Isn't he like 7 and 2 as the starter this year?
He’s from BYU so he could be very disciplined... or really rearing to get out and party. Is he repressed? :Pthe question is should he ? he has off the field issues . that aside he has the skills . again some GM's are stupid enough to reach on players , the redskins need to avoid that and get value with their picks
Yep, his style and smarts win games and he’s played better in the playoffs (save one game against the Giants) but lost and now he’s hurt. Its amazing to me that Smith has been on 3 shitty teams who all magically made the playoffs in spite of him . Thats some crazy good luck.
Chiefs went 2-14 the year before he got there but must have been just about to turn the corner when they added Alex and he came along for the ride
And how fortuitous for him to just happen to be the starter in 11 of Washingtons 17 wins over the last 3 years despite only starting in 15 of the 48. Man thats luck
Its just funny to me to see a guy go to 3 teams. Win with all 3. Yet every fan base hes ever played for can't wait to get rid of him lolYep, his style and smarts win games and he’s played better in the playoffs (save one game against the Giants) but lost and now he’s hurt.
I'll bet that if you ask, the great majority of those fans don't like and are/were bored by short passes. If it works, I don't get how anyone can not like a style that encompasses one of the great sideline utterances of all time! "Keep matriculating the ball down the field."Its just funny to me to see a guy go to 3 teams. Win with all 3. Yet every fan base hes ever played for can't wait to get rid of him lol
Theres literally only 1 QB the last decade with a better win % than Smith. Tom Brady. Thats the list.
Hey I get it. I'm a Falcons fan and our fan base is full of fucking nitwits who dobt understand defense is 50% of the game and who still yearn for Vick instead of Ryan.
