Yep...and when those things are equal (there is a reason you are a STs player), speed and athleticism separate you.

Agree that is why most STs is full of DBs and WRs. No sense in using LBs and TEs who are slower. I know on all the football teams I played on and my nephews have played on we always had our entire team run the 40 and the 11 fastest guys who also had the best long jump were named to STs. Remember when Darrell Green was the gunner back in the day.

Yes I am busting them, only because you are telling me in my 20 years of football I don't have a clue. Hell maybe I don't.

I should add that I don't disagree that speed helps. Of course it does but getting off blocks has a lot to do with technique. Whether you are on STs or D.
