I dont think this takes us out of the market for one or even two more WR. BUt it does likely mean Moss is done in DC. Roberts is a slot guy, NO room for two of these types at more than $4 mill a season. So unless Moss does a vet min deal, I think he is done.

With the signing of Roberts I would bypass on a WR in the 2nd round also. Just b/c he is 5'11 doesn't mean he is a #2 Wr shark? cmon he is our #2 no doubt. If we do sign another WR in FA that would mean the end of hankerson and Robinson.

HAnk is coming back off a knee injury, so you cant really put faith in him at this point. In todays NFL, you simply can not have a WR group made up of all guys 6' or less. I think we either sign or draft some one with some height. Right now we have Garcon, Roberts, Robinson, Hank... in that order. You carry six WR.

Hank cant play special teams so if you draft a WR how is Hank going to play? Hank will be ready for the season. If the Skins sign another FA WR I think hank gets cut. Roberts in the 3rd option in our offense behind Garcon and Reed. Not bad at all.

I'm with you Shark. He may line up outside occasionally but in no way was he signed to be a "#2." Hank will have every opportunity to compete and it definitely doesn't take WR off the board.

Actually, I'm not so sure he is our #2. He will play the slot. Say goodbye to Moss. I bet we draft a bigger WR to play opposite Garcon. Look for someone like Benjamin or Matthews from Vandy.

Is the Roberts deal even done? ESPN says its still pending. b/c if you draft a wr then hank becomes the #5 Wr on this team. #5 WR have to play ST's. Hank cant. So its a wasted roster spot.
