There's people who start the WR1 for the league MVP QB

And there's people that don't

Bateman might be the number one WR but he won’t ever be the #1 receiving option. Again, even in his big game where flowers got only one catch, Bateman still only got 4 catches.

And flowers was not a must start when he was healthy.

Yep would not surprise me at all if White and Irving are both used a lot but what if they get behind by two scores? Baker can still check down to either or throw some screens but there has to be someone else. I don't think the options are very appetizing though. TB WR/TE might be a non-play until proven otherwise.

This is another divisional game too. And the winner is in first place.
Maybe I'm basing too much on the latest Lions-Vikings divisional game, but they do seem to be a scoring slugfest.

I lean Chase in the first one. Wan'Dale or Lockett (depending on DK) in the 2nd. Bateman is sneaky, though.

That's tough.........Not Ford fer sure, Otton will get targeted IMO so either Moss or Otton fer me and since I would rather not start a TE at flex I'd go with Moss and pray.

Uh, what kind of receiving corps does one need for Flowers to not be a must start?

He’s 19th in PPR scoring.

If that guy is your 4th or lower option, you’re loaded.

You're gonna make me cry, my lineup with G.Wilson, Evans, Godwin, and Flowers just had high score 3 weeks in a row and now I'm not sure I'll win since I lost 3 of them plus had juju on the bench.

But even with 3 WRs of equal or greater value, Flowers was still in my flex every week

In the lone league I have him he’s on the bench currently for the first time. Even though I lost Godwin and don’t trust Olave right now.

If that guy is your 4th or lower option, you’re loaded.

Most leagues are still 2 Wr and a flex. 19th best is not a must start. It’s a should start every week. But it’s not one that you won’t question it if you have a good third rb.

Never said he wasn’t a good start. But the term must start has a different meaning in fantasy football.
