We are one of just 5 teams that has not made a conference final. Cowboys, Dolphins, Texans, Browns, and Commanders. Remove the Texans as they were only formed in 2022 and that leaves us the Dolphins, Browns and Commanders. The Browns actually did make it and won a SuperBowl but as the Ravens. That leaves just the Dolphins and Commanders and us. We are the only team with a winning record over that period.

This is a culture and GM problem. Plain and simple. They fall in love with superstars who can’t win the SuperBowl unless they leave (see Demarcus Ware) and don’t get it done against the best of the best. The culture and standard of excellence is just not present and that is on Jerrah who rewards hold outs and despicable playoff performances with awesome contracts.

We are who we are until the Jones realize they need to hire a GM and stop hiring rethreads as coaches.
