Should I drop Devonta Freeman for Gresham?

I've got Jeremy hill as my third RB. I'm not sure freeman will see the field much, and I'm thinking of dropping him for Gresham as a flex option and bye week fill in. What do you guys think?

If you desperately need a flex then sure... surprised greshem is the best you can get off waivers, but I would do it... If you have any other options similar to greshem then I would not drop the RB depth... I almost see Jeremy Hill to be similar fantasy wise than greshem this week... So I would not make this add/drop...

My top three options are Grasham, Zach Miller, and Dwayne Allen. My only tight end right now is David Pitta.

No no no. The reasons you have Freeman on your roster are just as valid as they were a week ago. Who else is on your bench?

The good thing is the Ravens bye isn't until week 11.. so almost worst case, you've got 9 weeks to wait on this deal before you HAVE to make it. (Worst case obviously is Pitta gets hurt) And I would advise you to wait as long as possible. Granted it was a limited sample size, but what I saw from Freeman on Sunday, he won't be buried in the depth chart for long. My gut tells me they probably just aren't comfortable yet with his grasp on pass protection, or some of the other more minor nuances of the offense (audibles, things like that). Once that's learned, and given time it should be, he should easily overtake Quizzes and what's his name. Might even be lucky enough that it happens right around the time SJAX inevitably goes down. Anyways, what I'm trying to say is that I would hold onto Freeman as long as possible. If you have injury concerns, or you just can't handle your flex options as is, don't drop him. BTW, I can't imagine any available TE on waivers will drastically improve your current flex options.

You don't need a TE backing up Pitta. No, do not drop Freeman.

I even bet Hill outscores Gresham this week, never mind anybody else you might have.

Eifert is out for the next 10 weeks. I'd pick up Gresham.

Gresham will outperform Pitta.

Would you drop Dwyer for Freeman?

Gonna be tough stashing Freeman with my team's injuries and a big bye week 4. That said, Freeman might be worth the trouble trying to figure it out 'eh?
