or Clyde or anybody that could pass this along to Mind at the appropriate time. There's a very good chance I'll be having some extensive surgery soon that's going to keep me away for a while.

If everything goes as expected I should be back with plenty of time before preseason starts and be able to take part again this year. If it's getting around to crunch time and I still haven't resurfaced you should fill my spot with somebody you feel comfortable with if you can and HOPEFULLY I can re-join the following year if things are still going.

I just have one request if I am out this year. Even though I would be out of the league for the year and somebody else would inherit my roster, I would like for the person who inherits my roster to keep Foster and McCoy as the keepers and keep them for the whole year. No trading of either player. Both have been very popular/valuable. I'm not even sure there would be better options than those two to keep anyways. I am having trouble recalling who I ended the year with right now.

I know there's the risk of injury prior to the draft and all that but I'll take the risk if I am allowed to remain in the league. Assuming that request is granted.

Assuming there are no complications I should be back with plenty of time to make the draft but I wanted to let you know in case something were to happen and I don't show.

I did not have surgery after all. The type of procedure I thought that was on the horizon is just too risky at this point so I should be free to participate now barring unforeseen circumstances. 24 hours ago I did not think this was going to happen.

Sorry Pozz. I missed this post until now. I've read the thread so I know the issue has resolved itself, but whatever you need is cool. One option you might consider should another variable inhibit you is you can co-manage a team with another person.

Draft day changed to September 1st. Also, I'll be posting an idea on scheduling in a couple days. I was thinking of making Week 12 "Rivalry Week" with the week being focused on league rivals. I was also thinking of making weeks 13 and 14 "flex" weeks where the matchups will change based on playoff implications. The idea being that someone doesn't back into a playoff spot by lucking into playing 11th and 12th place teams.

The draft is approaching. There will be a major change this year. You will now have just 45 seconds per pick as opposed to 1:30. So be prepared.
