Neimi and Neuvy both pitching SO's with less than 4 to go in the 2nd. Semin back in the lineup tonight. I haven't seen much of this game so far so I don't really know how either team has played, but:

There's been lots of plays for both teams where they're just one pass or bounce away from getting great scoring chances, so far none have connected. OV has had a couple chances from the slot, one Niemi made a good save on, the other was blocked by Pickles. Sharks put on a lot of pressure to end the second, but couldn't solve Nuevirth.

Demers has played a good game aside from that. I couldn't tell if Niemi actually stopped Steckel or if he just lost control of the puck.

I'd say the Sharks have had more control of the third than they had in the first or the second. Washington had some nice scoring chances earlier. Both teams seem to be a little off.
