After scanning Denver's list of rookie free agent Jenkins numbers jumped out. I have watched his tapes - there aren't too many - and he is a player to watch even though his signing bonus was the smallest on the team. I believe that Denver signed a cornerback to a similar bonus a few years back and is now one of the best in the NFL.

While Shaneil is somewhat a tweeter due to his height, I see him as a tackle who will be a major contributor in a few years. Milehighreport has posted an article on him and his name has come up a couple of times on training camp reports.
