Shady league commissioner

This is my first time playing fantasy football, but I believe it will be my last in this particular league. The commissioner has been shady all season. First, I watched him lower the veto vote required from 7 to 3 to get a trade vetoed he didn't like. There was a definite winner in the trade but it wasn't shady like a bunch of bench players being traded for pro bowlers. Then I saw him pull a trade with his girlfriend (also in the league) where he traded her a run of the mill DP for a WR2/flex caliber guy. Then, headed into this week (last week before playoffs, and he's in contention to probably get in, and in contention for a 1 or 2 seed which gets a bye in round 1) and his opponent is starting three players on bye and leaving good players on the bench. Guess who his opponent is? Yep, his girlfriend, who is all but eliminated from contention.

I'm sick of this crap. It's ridiculous that adults think they have to cheat at a fucking make believe game, and it's worse that it's the fucking commissioner. Anyways, I just wanted to vent. I'll be looking for another league next year to play in.

Just a bad commish. Most guys play with the same people for this reason. You kinda have to be social and talk to the dudes a bit and try to find a good group. Never really done it myself but i hear its fun when done right.

Sounds bad and you should defiantly find a better league last year. The worse I have seen this year is a commish sending out shit offers in my hockey league. If you accept the offer he says that owner is garbage and you get booted. He also changed his own trade rules until the league put him in his place.

At least you are in a league.... I was texting and emailing the league commisioner for the league I was in last year (ESPN) and he never reactivated it.

Yeah some people shouldn't run leagues. I have had that happen the last two years in one of my basketball leagues. He finally responded that he was done with running the league after about 10 emails. I was actually booted out of my only new start up dynasty this year for absolutely no reason. I was on a 4 game win streak and they boot me. Neither guy running the league will respond to me on email. Then the guy they bring in instantly makes a horrible deal and cuts Christine Michael in the same deal. They sure picked themselves a winner. Or maybe they just wanted a doormat they could steal players from who knows.
