Adrianza sucks. Got picked off earlier and then made that error throw to 3rd to lose the game. Poor Hudson.

A bullshit call. They have had more conclusive plays then that and they did'nt change it. The replay system is so bugus it's pathetic. They need to make up their minds on close plays. The ball beat him there ...he is out.

He was safe. Absolutely no doubt. Posey missed the tag on the hand, and by the time he tagged him on the chest, his hand was across the plate.

Giants get screwed by replay and lose 2-1

Well that was B.S. Hudson was remarkable again tonight and deserved a better fate. Bochy needed a big outing and Huddy gave him a full game.

This was a tough one to lose especially on the last play of the game on a replay screwed up call. The Giants fought their ass' s off and the game should should be in the 10th inning right now.

Hudson player of the game and Krukow said it right after the game that Hudson should not make any plans for the All Star break if he continues this awesome pitching. He is a All Star in my view.

This game has given me some serious gas. I think everyone that watched this one needs to let some of that gas out.

Still nothing can stop us from celebrating the great Willie Mays Birthday! Happy Birthday Willie Mays !

More NERD POWER tomorrow with Lincecum , his glasses, and pot belly on the mound.

Go Giants !!

Serious gas ! NERD REVENGE Wednesday !

Tough way to lose but Marte was safe.

Never in that situation if we score more runs or if there isn't an error at third.

You think he has a chance to be successful with the big club? I see he has a nice power stroke.

Truthfully?

No.

His defense is reportedly pretty horrible. His bat MAY be MLB-quality, though. Maybe he can fetch something minor in a trade to an AL team.

I live pretty close to Municipal and saw Duvall a lot a couple years ago. He was terrible defensively, range is probably average, stone hands and average arm at best. I wouldn't count on him being an everyday player at the MLB level, may be a nice option on the bench, but I haven't seen him play since he was at SJ. Not sure if he has played anywhere else since being drafted, but I know he was a 2B at Louisville so maybe his defense has improved with more playing time at 3rd.

When (not if) EA gets DFA'd, Noonan will be the guy they call up, IMO.

A number of mistakes on that game ending play:
1. Pence waaaay too close to the wall and had to chase the ball down after it caromed.
2. EA poor decision to throw to third -- no way he was going to get Marte
3. Buster fielded it with both hands, and thus was just late on the tag.

But really, the blame for the loss falls on Oxy/Herk/Beast/Panda 0-16 :L

And yet, doesn't this kind of game satisfy you? Or at least win your approval? :noidea:

Just having fun.

I much prefer a low-scoring game than what he had last night…although to win a game like that was damn fun.

I agree the well-played 3-2 game is more satisfying than the crazy 11-10 games. But you need a few of those games to keep it interesting and fun, they have their own excitement, when you are down 3 and you just figure you'll score 4.

And contra tzill, a 11-10 Giants win is >> than a 2-1 Giants loss.

Huddy is getting some serious bad luck this year. He has turned in arguably the two best starts by a giants pitcher this year...

And collected a Loss in both.

I never said that. A win is always >> a loss.

I just don't like shitshows
