Two years and $4.2 million

Report: Kings, Ramon Sessions agree to 2-year, $4.2 million deal - CBSSports.com

This is good insurance for Darren Collison and Ray Mccallam. With such a dicey SG situation, we could be seeing a lot a small backcourts in Sacto.

This leave Bledsoe and Jermaine O'Neal as the only notable players remaining on the current free agent market with Okafor and Ray Allen possibly electing to sit out the first half of the season.

Surprised the Cavs haven't pursued J.O. when you consider GM David Griffin has expressed a need for more rim protection. The old school CBS guys are well aware that I was one of Jermaine's biggest critics during his later years with the Pacers. But as a Pacer's fan, I wouldn't seeing O'Neal's resurrection of his career being rewarded with a ring. He could still clog up the middle for 15 minutes a night...

Does Ray Allen have anything left in the tank? I am surprised that so many teams made the effort to contact him over the summer.

He didn't look good in Miami towards the end of the season

The problem I think was that you guys played him too many minutes last year. 26 minutes a game is too many for a guy his age. But when you have LeBron and Wade, it doesn't really matter who else is on the court.

Ray Allen is probably best suited as an 18 minute a night role player at this point, but I just don't know how much last year took out of him.

Not a player you want to give heavy minutes too, but a solid player to put in for the final minute of a game for a miracle shot - without Allen, the Heat would have only of their last two titles. I would keep him just as a fill in and the finals
