Absolutely. As I recall, he was home with his girlfriend, having not made a trip with the Skins due to injury. The scumbags thought he was out of town, and broke into the house. He went downstairs, and they shot him. In SC, there has to be 'aggravating circumstances' to seek the death penalty. Don't know if they have the same thing in FLA, but robbery is one of them, here.

Second degree with a firearm:

Mandatory minimum is 25 I believe. Add in BE charges, aggregated robbery and I am sure the gun wasnt legal. One of his cohorts got 29 and no murder charge. I assume Rivera will get life.

Hunte, his cohort did plead guilty to 2nd degree murder and agreed to cooperate when he got 29. The other two dudes are awaiting trial.
